The Food Barn, our main cafe facility, and our seasonal food kiosks are open for food and drinks. Our indoor picnic areas are open and we do have undercover outdoor areas.

We strongly advise all visitors to prebook online to make the most of our online discount. However, you are able to purchase tickets at the ticket office on arrival if you would prefer. Please note that gate prices are higher than online prices.

The zoo is FULLY OPEN. This includes: Our indoor play areas, elephant house, reptile house, indoor rhino house and Animal Village.

We have a range of exciting animal experiences and encounters available! To purchase an experience, please use our website. To discuss available dates, please contact our team on 01275 852 606. Please note, due to popular demand, some of our experiences may have a waiting time.
