HOW TO PURCHASE A GIFT MEMBERSHIP

Choose the membership type (for example, Family 2+1).

Enter the email address you would like the voucher to be sent to.

Make a payment.

The voucher will now be sent to the email address provided. A receipt of your purchase will be sent to your email separately (your receipt is not the voucher code).
HOW TO REDEEM A GIFT MEMBERSHIP

Head to our Memberships page and select the membership you have been gifted (for example, Family 2+1).

Enter the unique 16-digit code you have received over email in the gift voucher box. This will reduce the cost to zero.

Click 'Checkout' and complete the order form.

You are now a member at Noah's Ark Zoo Farm! You will receive a confirmation email with an order reference. Show this to the Ticket Office upon entry to receive your membership cards!
Please note, Gift Memberships cannot be redeemed on site.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Gift Memberships are valid for one year from purchase. Once the voucher has been redeemed, the recipient can choose a start date for their membership.
Gift Memberships can only be used against a like for like membership. For example, an Adult Gift Membership cannot be used against a Family 2+2 Membership.
Additional child memberships can only be purchased alongside a 2+2 or 1+2 membership plan.
All memberships are specific to the one person and are non-transferable.
A photo will be taken on the members first visit to add to their account.
New members must collect their membership cards from the Ticket Office. We are unable to post membership cards.
We are unable to deduct the cost of day tickets against Gift Memberships.
