We are currently looking for an enthusiastic individual to join us as a Kitchen Team Member.

If you have a passion for providing great fresh food and great service, then we want to hear from you.

Some of your responsibilities:

• Supporting the Head Chef and Kitchen Supervisor in the day to day running of the food barn, food outlets and farm shop.
• Hot food serving and cooking of toasties, burgers, curries and burritos in some of our food outlets.
• Full kitchen food safety compliance; when using cooking equipment, utensils, chopping boards, fryers etc.
• Occasional evening work (on-site) events.
• Food Hygiene compliance and Allergen compliance.
• Keeping work stations and surfaces clean and tidy, washing up each kitchen department.
• Following company policies and procedures.

About you:

• Must have a passion for food and be willing to learn.
• Minimum 1 years’ experience preferred or have experience of working within a kitchen environment.
• Team player.
• Enthusiastic.
• Reliable and punctual.
• Flexible approach (could be asked to work outside of working hours as and when needed).

Work pattern:  (day hours only), you will be working every - Saturday, Sunday and Monday (with the chance to flex your days up within our busier periods).

Salary: £11.50 per hour.
