   We are continuing to build on our Ark for All programme, strengthening our commitment to being one of the UK’s leading accessible and inclusive attractions. Through ongoing improvements to our infrastructure, facilities, staff training and team culture, we aim to create a welcoming environment where every visitor feels supported, valued and able to enjoy a memorable day out at Noah’s Ark.

2. Next level visitor experience and becoming the UK’s leading zoo for playfulness

   We are committed to creating a visitor experience that feels welcoming, engaging and full of WOW from the moment you arrive. This includes developing our visitor welcome, signage and interpretation displays, alongside exciting new programmes and experiences that bring our animals, conservation work and unique sense of playfulness to life. We will also continue to enhance our catering, retail, play areas and public facilities, ensuring every part of a visit feels enjoyable, accessible and memorable for all ages.
